Delete from this page
Signed up with email and password? Enter them here and we schedule the deletion right away, exactly as the app does. Google and Apple sign-ins have no Aiglot password: use the app, or send the email request below.
Your account is scheduled for deletion
You are signed out on all devices. The deletion becomes permanent in 7 days; to cancel it, simply sign back in to the app before then.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Aiglot account” from the email address you used to sign up (or the email of your Google or Apple sign-in). We may ask you to confirm the request before deleting. We act on requests within 30 days.
Guest accounts are not linked to an email address. To remove a guest account’s data, delete it from the app or contact us with any details that identify it; uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.
What happens
- Grace period. Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. For 7 days you can cancel by simply signing back in.
- After 7 days the deletion becomes permanent and cannot be undone. Your name, username, email address, password, display name, profile picture, sign-in sessions and other identifiers are erased, and the account can no longer be accessed or linked back to you. Any learning progress, tutor chats and private songs left on the account are no longer associated with you.
- Published songs. Songs you published to the shared catalog stay available there without your name. To have a published song removed, email us.
- Retained records. Purchase and transaction records from Apple and Google are kept as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We may also keep records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to comply with law.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store account settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or you may continue to be charged.
