Need help with lessons, your account, a purchase or a song? Email [email protected] and include the device you use and, if you have one, the email address on your account. We usually reply within two business days.
Common questions
Restore a purchase
Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside Aiglot. On iPhone or iPad: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play under their policies, not by us.
Keep my progress on a new device
Sign in with email, Google or Apple. Guest progress stays on the guest account and cannot be recovered after uninstalling.
Report a song or a user
Use the song’s menu to report it or block its creator. For anything urgent, email us.
Delete my account
You can delete your account in the app, on this website, or by email. How to delete your account
Get a copy of my data
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for a copy of your data. We send it within 30 days as a readable file: your profile, learning progress and tutor chats.

Is Aiglot free?
Yes — start learning for free, no credit card required. A few advanced features (extra AI tutor sessions, offline packs) are part of a premium plan.
What languages can I learn?
37 and counting: Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
Do I need any experience?
None. Aiglot starts from zero and adjusts as you go — whether you're a total beginner or brushing up.
What's the Music feature?
Learn through real songs in your target language — lyrics, meaning, and pronunciation, not just textbook dialogue.
When do Games launch?
Soon — currently in development. Everything else (exercises, AI tutor, music) is live today.
