You can use Aiglot as a guest or create an account with email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Union where that applies, or the minimum age in your country) to use Aiglot.

2. Premium subscriptions

3. AI Credits

AI Credits are used for features such as creating songs and tutor voice time. Premium includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy additional credit packs as one-time in-app purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable except where required by law or the store’s refund policy. We may change how many credits a feature costs; the cost is shown in the app.

4. Apple and Google

If you download Aiglot from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app and to purchases made through iOS, together with these Terms. If you download from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it. Read Apple’s standard EULA

5. AI-generated content

The tutor, translations, explanations, song lyrics and music, and spoken audio are produced with AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Aiglot is a learning aid; do not rely on it for professional, medical, legal or safety-critical translation or advice.

6. Content you create and share

You keep ownership of content you create or upload, such as songs, lyrics and tutor messages. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display that content to operate the service. When you publish a song, you also allow us to make it available to other learners in the shared catalog and to keep it there.

You must not create, upload or publish content that:

You can report any song from its menu and block users whose content you do not want to see. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice. To report something urgent, email [email protected].

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, bypass usage limits or payment, use automated means to access it, or use it to build a competing product. We provide the app for personal, non-commercial learning.

8. Our content

Courses, lessons, images, audio, software and the Aiglot name are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you only for personal use of the app.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; we will change the effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be overridden.
